Our vineyard is located in the heart of the Calchaquíes Valleys, it is usual to start from the premise that the wine is born in the grape, but the meters above sea level in which it develops and the terroir from which they come determine its final result, being the grapes that are born in special highlands, unique in the world.

Malbec
Harvest 2022, ripe and firm tannins. Intense red color, typical of the thermal range of the area. Ideal to accompany red meats, roasts and pasta.
To be called a high altitude wine, it must be made from grapes from a vineyard at a very high altitude. The higher the altitude, the more and better solar radiation, and thus the thermal amplitude is greater, hotter days and cooler nights.
In the heights the winds clean the air, the vegetation enjoys excellent health. Thanks to the absence of pesticides, the soils are poorer and stony, and
the waters coming from the thaws distil purity, being the rains scarce. High altitude wines are more bodied, have incredible red colors and
intense purple, persistence on the palate and aromas that linger in the memory. Our winery is able to offer you the following varieties of wine: Malbec, Malbec Reserva, Torrontés Seco and Torrontés Dulce.
